Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, awarded June 2007. California State University Northridge. 

Associate of Science Degree in Engineering, awarded June 2005.       Antelope Valley College.

Area of interest: Stress/Strain analysis, impact testing, life support design, egress procedures.

Here at Para-Wells Solutions we have many capabilities in design as well as resources in fabrication, machining, testing and other engineering consultants.

Manufacturing experience: 

Jonathan has vast experience programming and operating:

1. CNC 4-axis foam mill (22ft x 11ft x 4ft),
2. CNC laser cutter (70watt 36" x 30"),
3. CNC plasma cutter (5ft x 10ft upto half inch steel),
4. CNC Hotwire (5-axis).
5. 3D Scanning from coin size to car size.

Drafting / analysis experience:

• Knowledge in  AutoCAD 2005, SolidWorks 2010, Rhino, Flexscan, Geomagic, Nextengine, RapidWorks.

• Vast experience in NeiWorks and Cosmos stress/strain analysis software packets for isotropic materials as well as non-isotropic materials (composites).

Work experience: 

• Worked for Sage Cheshire Aerospace in Lancaster, CA.; performed design, analysis, fabrication, testing, inspection, for the project RedBull Stratos.  The project was to have a sucessful egress from over 120,000 ft altitude, with the jumper Felix Baumgartner breaking the sound barrier during decent.  Became Capsule Crew Chief, managing work flow between engineering consultants, production, testing, and training.
• Previously worked at Xcor Aerospace in Mojave, CA.;  performing analysis on pressurized components, blast shields, vehicle interias, landing gear, liquid fueled rocket engine testing, and LOX cleaning.
